Delivery

We aim to fulfill your order within 3–7 days, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping times vary by location:

• USA: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 6–8 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from? We partner with a global on-demand order fulfillment company, ensuring your order ships from the nearest facility.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do? Before contacting us, please:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors.
• Ask your local post office if they have your package.
• Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with a neighbor, contact us at support@thunderclapink.com with your order number. If there was an address error from your part and you entered the wrong delivery address, we can re-ship the item to you once it has been returned to the sender facility, but re-shipping will be at your cost.

Orders

How are your products made? We collaborate with a print-on-demand drop shipper with locations worldwide. Your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? We’re sorry if your product arrived damaged. Email us at support@thunderclapink.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details. We’ll resolve it as soon as possible!

Returns

What’s your return policy? We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s an issue with your order and your item is faulty, contact us at support@thunderclapink.com

Do you offer refunds? Refunds are only offered for wrong or damaged items. If this applies, contact us at support@thunderclapink.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? We don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizing, check our sizing charts in the product description section. If an item was mislabeled, contact us at support@thunderclapink.com within a week with your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We’ll send a new one.

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to our printing facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you to rectify the address you entered incorrectly and sort re-shipping costs.

Contact us before returning any products so we can assess the most efficient resolution for your case.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16© and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

We are a print on demand company, so any order you place is made personalized to you.

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
